Ygnacio. Warm up @ 4:45 meet begins 6pm.
Snack Shack Menu - Spaghetti (choice of red meat sauce or white sauce) this Tuesday Night Swim Meet against Pinole - $5.00 for pasta & bread.
Wednesday, July 1 Regular morning practice. Meet, Ygnacio @ Valley Vista B, Warm up @ 5:15, meet begins 6pm.
Thursday, July 2 Regular morning practice.

PRACTICE has been cancelled due to the Federal, State and Local
holiday schedule.
Saturday, July 4 - Parade from 11am noon through the neighborhood, start at the club this year. Pancake breakfast
before the parade at the club ($5 adults, $3 children).

4th of July Celebration At The Swim Club!
Enjoy a delicious pancake breakfast from 8:30am to 11:00am. Only $5/adult and $3/children ages 8 and under.
11:00 to noon: Parade through the neighborhood (starts at the club this year).
Noon to 8:00: normal club hours. Bring your own barbecue and spend a relaxing, fun-filled day with friends.
Want to get a jump start on your volunteer hours? The following positions are available for this social event:
1 Pancake Breakfast Coordinator
4 assistants to decorate, set up, cook, and clean up.
